Event Overview:

This event provides participants with the opportunity to showcase their innovative projects in engineering, technology, or applied sciences. This exhibition encourages hands-on demonstrations where participants can present their working prototypes or concepts, share their ideas, and receive feedback from judges and visitors

Event Guidelines:

  1. Project Categories:
    • Participants may submit projects in one of the following categories:
  • Software Projects (e.g., web applications, mobile apps, software tools).
  • Hardware Projects (e.g., IoT devices, robotics, electrical circuits).
  • Innovative Solutions (e.g., AI-based models, automation, renewable energy solutions).
    • Projects should address a relevant problem and provide a solution or innovative concept.
  1. Project Requirements:
    • Participants must bring a working prototype or demo of their project, showcasing the functionality and key features.
    • If applicable, participants should be prepared to demonstrate how their project works live.
  2. Exhibition Setup:
    • Participants will be provided with a space to display their project and any related materials (posters, flyers, demos).
    • Participants are responsible for setting up their own project and ensuring that all components are functional for the exhibition.
  3. No Plagiarism:
    • Projects must be original. Plagiarism or the use of others’ work without permission will result in disqualification.
    • Proper citation of any external resources, libraries, or code used must be included.
  4. Fair Play:
    • All projects should be developed by the participants themselves (either individually or as part of a team).
    • Any form of cheating or unfair practices will lead to disqualification.

Winning Criteria:

  • Winners will be selected based on the overall scores across all categories: Innovation, Technical Complexity, Practical Application, and Presentation.
  • In case of a tie, the project with the most impactful application will be favored.
