An electronic system reassembly event testing participants’ technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to produce expected output under time constraints.
Schedule:
Slot 1: 09.00 AM to 10.00 AM
Slot 2: 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM
Slot 3: 12.00 PM to 1.00 PM
Competition Rules
– Each team can have 1–4 members.
– Teams must register before the event begins.
Provided Components
– Participants will be given a fixed set of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, etc.).
– No external components or pre-built circuits are allowed.
– Teams will have 45 minutes to design, build, and test their circuit.
– The circuit must be designed to achieve the given task or function (e.g., a light-sensitive alarm, a voltage regulator, etc.).
– Teams must submit a schematic diagram of their circuit.
– Circuits will be tested under standard conditions using a multimeter, oscilloscope, or other relevant tools.
– Judges may ask teams to explain their design and functionality.
– No high-voltage circuits allowed.
– Proper insulation and safety precautions must be followed.
– Any unsafe circuit will lead to disqualification.Scoring & Judging
– The evaluation rubric (below) will be used to score each team.
– Judges’ decisions will be final.
