- Bring all required equipment and materials. The organizers will provide only the listed facilities (e.g., tables, chairs, power supply).
- Label your booth with the project title and the names of the team members.
- Prepare a brief, 3–5 minute presentation explaining your project’s purpose, functionality, and innovation.
- Use charts, posters, or multimedia displays to enhance your presentation.
