Kaleidoscope

Master the Art of Circuit Troubleshooting!
An event for electronics enthusiasts to test and sharpen their circuit troubleshooting skills.

Event Overview:

“Kaleidoscope” refers to a type of game that challenges players to solve problems involving technology, Circuits, networks, or systems using the clues given using Pictures. In each round players must use their problem solving skills to solve the picture connection puzzles within the given time limit. The event consists of three rounds, each increasing in complexity.

Rules & Guidelines

General Instructions:

  • Team size : 2 Per team
  • Team must figure out how the images relate to one another, often by finding a logical or technical pattern (e.g., images of programming languages, circuit components, famous tech innovations, or mathematical concepts).
  • The team or individual that correctly identifies all the connections first or the most accurately wins.

Rounds Format:

  • Round-1 Time limit- 30 minutes – 20 questions
  • Round 2- Time limit- 25 minutes- 15 questions
  • Round 3-Time limit- 30 minutes- 15 questions
  1. Clue-Based: Some images may be accompanied by clues or hints, while others may be left for the participants to figure out on their own.
  2. Multiple Rounds: The game could include multiple rounds, where each round increases in difficulty, with more abstract or complex connections between images.
  3. Justification: Answer team must validate their answer logically.
  4. Time bound: Those who answer first will be considered.
  5. Penalties: Incorrect answers may result in a point deduction.
