Description:

A dynamic platform for students and researchers to present their groundbreaking ideas and cutting-edge research in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Team Composition:

• Each team can have a maximum of 4 members.
• Solo participation is also allowed.

Presentation Time:

• Each team will be allotted a maximum of 5 minutes to present their paper.
• This will be followed by a 2-minute Q&A session with the judges.

Presentation Guidelines:

• The presentation must not exceed 10 slides, including the references slide.
• The content should be concise, focused, and relevant to the topic.

Selection Process:

• Submitted papers will be shortlisted based on their quality and relevance.
• Selected teams will receive an email notification with further details.

Preparation for Final Presentation:

• Selected teams must prepare a PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) for their paper.
• The soft copy of the presentation must be brought to the event (via USB or email backup).

Judging Criteria:

• Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical content, presentation skills, and clarity.
• Decisions made by the judges will be final and binding.

General Instructions:

• Teams are advised to ensure their presentations are free of plagiarism.
• Participants must adhere to the allocated time strictly.
• Failure to comply with any of the rules may result in disqualification.

Prize:

• First Prize: Rs.5000/-.
• Second Prize: Rs.3000/-.
