Event Description:

Coding Challenge is an engaging, brain-tickling event aimed at challenging the logical, analytical, and coding skills of participants in a competitive yet fun-filled environment. This event combines coding challenges, debugging puzzles, and creative problem-solving exercises, ensuring that participants not only showcase their programming knowledge but also experience the thrill of teamwork and innovative thinking.

Guidelines:

• Team Size: Individual Participation.
• Languages Allowed: Participants can code in any programming language of their choice (e.g., Python, Java, C++, etc.).
• Platform: Hackerrank Coding Platform.
• Rounds: The event consists of multiple rounds, each testing different aspects of programming.

Judging Criteria:

1. Code Efficiency – How optimized and clean the solution is.
2. Accuracy – Whether the code produces the expected output.
3. Creativity – Innovative approaches to solving problems.
4. Time Management – Submitting solutions within the given time.

Event Schedule:

Total Duration: 4 Hours (Including Breaks)

Round 1: “Problem Crackers”

• Duration: 30 Minutes per slot
• Number of Questions: 5
• Selection Criteria: Top 10 performers from each slot qualify for Round 2.

Round 2: “Code Conquer”

• Participants: Top 40 candidates from Round 1.
• Duration: 45 Minutes
• Number of Questions: 3 coding challenges
• Timing: 12:45 P.M – 1:30 P.M

Winner Selection: Based on Judging Criteria (Efficiency, Accuracy, Creativity, Time Management).
