A fast-paced event where teams design, develop, and deploy mobile/web apps in a limited time, combining creativity, coding, and teamwork.
Join the Thiran Appathon, a 2-hour coding competition designed to bring out your creativity and coding skills! Teams of up to 4 members will work together to create an app that solves a real-world problem. It’s a race against the clock, with teams presenting their final apps to the judging panel. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams based on their app’s originality, functionality, and user experience.
Rules & Regulations
- Form your dream team of *exactly 4 members* to compete!
- You have just *2 hours* to build a working Time’s ticking!
- Stick to the *theme revealed at the beginning*—creativity counts!
- Use your favorite coding tools, but ensure your app is *100% original*.
- Get ready to impress judges with a *5-minute presentation* of your
- Apps will be scored on *originality (30%), functionality (40%), and user experience (30%)*.
- Plagiarism or reusing old apps is strictly *Copycats beware! *
- Bring your own laptops and chargers.
- *No outside help*—it’s all up to your team’s skills and strategy!
- Respect the event’s spirit—professionalism is non-negotiable!
