AI Agentathon – Official Guidelines 

  1. Team Formation
  • Each team must consist of 3 to 6 members.
  • Teams may include members from different colleges.
  • Multidisciplinary teams (from varied departments/domains) are encouraged.
  • One member must be designated as the Team Lead (TL) for all official communication.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • All submitted work must be original and developed by the team.
  • AI tools may be used for assistance, research, ideation, or debugging, but not to fully replace development.
  • A supportive, inclusive, and positive environment is expected from all participants.
  1. Event Structure

The event consists of two rounds

 

  1. Round 1 – Idea Submission & Prototyping
  • Tentative Deadline

Hackathon Kick-off: 02.01.2025

Submission Deadline: 11.01.2025

Shortlisted Team Announcement: 23.01.2025

Round 1 Submission Requirements

Teams must submit the following:

  • PPT Presentation
      • Must use the official AI Agentathon PPT template.
      • Should include: problem statement, proposed solution, system flow, features, and innovation.
  • Prototype
      • A working prototype demonstrating the core concept and functionality.Working prototype link (If Hosted)
  • Demo Video
    • Duration: 3–5 minutes.
    • Must show the prototype in action and explain the solution clearly.
      • GitHub Repository Link
        • Should contain source code and proper documentation.

      Note : Late submissions will not be considered.

      1. Final Round
      • Qualification Announcement:
        Selected teams will be informed via the Team Lead’s registered email ID.
      • Final Round Date: 4th  February 2026
      • Time: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
      • Final round includes:
        • Live/recorded demonstration
        • Explanation of the solution
        • Evaluation and Q&A by the judges
