Rules & Regulations
Team Size:
Minimum: 1 member
Maximum: 4 members
Important Note:
The number of rounds will be determined by the event organizing committee based on the total number of participating teams.
Tentative Rounds:
Round 1: PPT Presentation
Teams are required to present their idea using a PowerPoint presentation.
Focus: Conceptual clarity, innovation, and potential impact of the idea.
Time Limit: 5 minutes per team.
Round 2: Hardware Demonstration
Shortlisted teams will showcase their project hardware.
Focus: Practical implementation, functionality, and overall design of the project.
Time Limit: 8 minutes per team.
Event Timing:
The event will commence at 9:00 AM and conclude by 2:00 PM.
General Guidelines:
All team members must be present during both rounds.
Participants must strictly adhere to the time limits of 5 minutes (Round 1) and 8 minutes (Round 2). Exceeding the time limit may result in penalties.
Ensure all hardware setups are safe, portable, and demonstrate the intended functionality.
Teams must bring their own laptops, adapters, and any other required equipment.
Any form of plagiarism or misconduct will result in disqualification.
Judging Criteria:
Round 1:
Originality and innovation of the idea.
Clarity and structure of the presentation.
Feasibility and potential impact of the solution.
Round 2:
Functionality and performance of the hardware.
Design efficiency and technical execution.
Practicality and scalability of the solution.
Additional Information:
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the rules or schedule as deemed necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
