Rules & Regulations
- Team Size:
- Minimum: 1 member
- Maximum: 4 members
- Important Note:
- The number of rounds will be determined by the event organizing committee based on the total number of participating teams.
- Tentative Rounds:
- Round 1: PPT Presentation
- Teams are required to present their idea using a PowerPoint presentation.
- Focus: Conceptual clarity, innovation, and potential impact of the idea.
- Time Limit: 5 minutes per team.
- Round 2: Hardware Demonstration
- Shortlisted teams will showcase their project hardware.
- Focus: Practical implementation, functionality, and overall design of the project.
- Time Limit: 8 minutes per team.
- Round 1: PPT Presentation
- Event Timing:
- The event will commence at 9:00 AM and conclude by 2:00 PM.
- General Guidelines:
- All team members must be present during both rounds.
- Participants must strictly adhere to the time limits of 5 minutes (Round 1) and 8 minutes (Round 2). Exceeding the time limit may result in penalties.
- Ensure all hardware setups are safe, portable, and demonstrate the intended functionality.
- Teams must bring their own laptops, adapters, and any other required equipment.
- Any form of plagiarism or misconduct will result in disqualification.
- Judging Criteria:
- Round 1:
- Originality and innovation of the idea.
- Clarity and structure of the presentation.
- Feasibility and potential impact of the solution.
- Round 2:
- Functionality and performance of the hardware.
- Design efficiency and technical execution.
- Practicality and scalability of the solution.
