1. Team Eligibility & Structure

• Each team must have exactly 6 members.
• All members must be from the same college/institution.
• One member must be assigned as the Team Leader.

2. Hackathon Theme

CLOUDATHON focuses on cloud-based solutions that address real-world challenges.
Teams may integrate supporting technologies like AI/ML, IoT, Analytics, Automation, Security, etc., but cloud usage must be central to the solution.

3. Prelims Round — Idea Submission

• The Prelims round will be conducted through Idea Submission.
• Each team must submit their idea in PPTX format.
• The submitted idea must clearly explain:
  • The problem being addressed
  • The proposed solution
  • How cloud technologies will be used
  • Feasibility and expected impact
  • Innovation and uniqueness

4. Submission Requirement

• Only teams that submit the PPTX idea will be considered for selection.
• Late, incomplete, or copied submissions will be rejected.
• The uploaded PPTX file must follow the naming format:
  CLOUDATHON_TeamName_CollegeName.pptx

5. Progression to Next Round

• Based on the evaluation, the best teams will be shortlisted for the next round.
• Selected teams will be informed through email sent to the Team Leader.
• Teams must confirm their participation upon receiving the selection email.

6. General Rules & Conduct

• All submissions must be original and created by the team members.
• Plagiarism, copied ideas, or pre-built projects will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Teams are expected to maintain integrity, professionalism, and respectful behaviour.
• Decisions made by the organizing committee are final.
